Wheel Alignment Preliminary Conditions

In order to prevent erroneous wheel alignment measurements, the following conditions must be met BEFORE starting wheel alignment:
- Wheel alignment equipment properly calibrated.
- Wheel alignment platform with plates at the rear axle that can be rotated are advisable.
- Fuel tank must be full.
- Spare tire and tool kit installed.
- No passengers and without additional weight in vehicle.
- Tires must be set to correct pressure.
- If vehicle is equipped with air suspension, it must be adjusted to normal level. See ADJUSTING CAR TO NORMAL LEVEL (AIR SUSPENSION) under DISABLING/ENABLING ELECTRONIC LEVEL CONTROL.
