Control Components: Overview

The climate control system operates the Air Conditioning (A/C) system and the heating and ventilation system. This controls the temperature, volume and distribution of air from the climate control assembly. Operation can be fully automatic, but manual overrides are provided for the intake air source, blower speed and air distribution. The standard climate control system is a two or three zone system that maintains the individual temperature levels selected for the driver, front passenger and rear seat passenger areas.

Auxiliary climate control (where fitted) provides individual control for the rear left and right seat passenger areas to give a four zone climate control system.
