Valve Guide Servicing
- Check valve guide and valve stem for wear or damage. Using a suitable tool (839043), withdraw valve guide from camshaft side of head.
- Install guide from cylinder side of head, using same tool as for removal. Ream guide to standard size, using (Saab Reamer No. 839038). Check valve seat for true, reface if necessary.
