Steering Column: Disassembly

Remove steering wheel. See Saab in Steering Wheel & Column Switches in this section. Pull steering shaft out of tube. Remove rubber bushings with needle bearing assemblies.

NOTE: Replacement of needle bearing assemblies is the only overhaul procedure possible.
