9000 Series

  1. Remove relay from relay panel. Relay panel is located behind glove box.
  2. Check for continuity between relay terminals No. 30 (Yellow wire) and No. 87B (Blue wire). Replace relay if continuity exists.
  3. Check for continuity between relay terminals No. 30 (Yellow wire) and No. 87 (Green wire). Replace relay if continuity exists.
  4. Connect 12 volts to relay terminal No. 86 (Green/White wire). Connect terminal No. 85 (Black wire) to ground. Relay should click.
  5. Check for continuity between relay terminals No. 30 (Yellow wire) and No. 87B (Blue wire). Replace relay if there is no continuity.
  6. Check for continuity between relay terminals No. 30 (Yellow wire) and No. 87 (Green wire on socket). Replace relay if there is no continuity.
