Final Check

  1. If all tests have been performed for relevant trouble code without any faults being discovered, it is possible that ABS ECU is defective. Ensure following steps are performed before replacing ECU.
  2. Check wheel size. Ensure all wheels are same height and width. Ensure air pressure is correct in all tires. Check for play in wheel bearings and correct as necessary. Check all grounds and power supply to ECU.
  3. Clear trouble code and test drive vehicle again. If code returns, replace ECU.
