To fit

- Fit the sensor. Lubricate the threads with vaseline (part no. 30 20 271) or equivalent. Fit a new sealing washer as necessary. Spray the connector with Kontakt 61 (part no. 30 04 520) and connect it to the sensor.
Tightening torque 13 N.m (9.6 lbf ft)
- Top up with coolant as necessary after fitting.
Start the engine. Make sure there are no leaks. Top up with coolant as necessary.
