Twice Control Module

The starter motor has permanent magnets to reduce strain on the battery. A planetary gear increases the starting torque. The starter motor circuit consists of two sub-circuits: working circuit and operating circuit.

The control module grounds the starting relay actuating coil when it has received the ready signal from the immobilizer unit. The TWICE control module outputs "Key correct" on the bus when the correct key is being used.
