Section 4 (Manual A/C-Heater Systems): Description

WARNING:

CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, radio will go into anti-theft protection mode. Obtain radio anti-theft protection code from owner prior to servicing vehicle.
This is a cycling clutch flow-through system. System controls are located in center of instrument panel. See Figure . All incoming air enters at right hood louver, through filter. It is then routed through A/C evaporator where it is dehumidified and cooled, and then through heater core where it is heated as necessary. Air from interior is exhausted through outlets located near rear side window.
