Remove the backrest upholstery, see UPHOLSTERY, REAR SEAT
There is no need to remove the head restraints or any connectors for the backrest adjustment.
Remove the lumbar support mechanism, 2 screws.
Detach the hook holding the wire on the opposite side.
Undo the clip holding the wire.
Lift out the lumbar support mechanism.
