To remove

  1. Retract the soft top.
  2. Remove the head restraint sleeves.
  3. Fold down the backrest.
  4. Remove the backrest cover.
  5. Remove the rear lower cover.
  6. Unplug the heating pad connector.

  7. Cut the cable ties securing the straps on the reverse of the upholstery.

  8. Remove the trim strips.
  9. Remove the backrest upholstery and foam cushion from the frame.
  10. Remove the staples from the upholstery. Remove the upholstery.

  11. Carefully pull the heating pad off the foam cushion.
    NOTE: The heating pad is adhered to the foam cushion. Take care not to damage the cushion.
