Preliminary Procedure
- Remove the secondary air injection inlet pipe. Refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION PUMP REPLACEMENT

- Remove the charge air cooler outlet hose. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER OUTLET HOSE REPLACEMENT (LAU/A28NER)
.
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING (LAU/A28NER)
.
- Remove the drive belt from the pulley belt idler. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT
.
- Remove the front bumper fascia center support bracket. Refer to FRONT BUMPER FASCIA CENTER SUPPORT BRACKET REPLACEMENT
.
- Remove the radiator upper bracket. Refer to RADIATOR REPLACEMENT (LAU/A28NER)
.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the wiring harness fastener.

- Remove the engine oil cooler hose from engine oil cooler pipe.
