Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine oil level sensor.
  2. Install both engine oil level sensor fasteners.
  3. Install the engine oil level sensor harness clip.
  4. Install a NEW sealing to the oil suction pipe. DO NOT reuse the old seal.

  5. Install the oil suction pipe.

  6. Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .

    Install the oil pump brackets and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in)  .

  7. Install the oil pan baffle.

  8. Install the five oil pan baffle fasteners.
  9. Install the crankshaft oil deflector.
  10. Install the five crankshaft oil deflector fasteners and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in)  .
  11. Install the oil pan. Refer to OIL PAN REPLACEMENT .
