Steering column lock message - no start: Action: Notes

DTC B305A 00 (MY11 s/w) 

Download new Body Control Module (BCM) software, part number 13582397 and reconfigure BCM.

DTC U0236 

No communication with Steering Column Lock (SCL). This DTC can be set when outside air temperature is below 0° C. This is due to a faulty capacitor in the SCL. Replace the SCL

Update Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS), with new software part number 13578648.

DTC B144C 06 

No action. Analysis is ongoing. Please contact ASAC for latest information.

DTC U1534/U1538 (can also be other DTCs referring to door module) 

This is fixed in production from VIN B4001033. No communication with Door Module (left front door/right front door). Remove door panels on respective door and check/repair cables that have been damaged due to contact with the sheet metal glass guide. Below is an example of a damaged wiring and how to repair this.
