Inner Door Trim Panel: Removal
- Remove the screws and mirror trim panel. If equipped with manual remote mirror, allow panel to hang from adjustment cable. See Fig 1
.
- Remove power door lock switch, if equipped, by prying out at top of switch with a small, straight screwdriver, with the blade covered to protect surfaces. Disconnect wire harness connector.
- Remove screws, slide door handle assembly forward and pull outward. Using a long thin screwdriver, disengage lock and latch rods from retainers. Remove handle assembly.
- Remove screws and door pull cup.
- Remove inner belt sealing strip.
- On coupe, remove screw from rear of trim panel.
- On all models, disengage door trim panel retainers from door assembly with a trim panel tool and remove panel assembly.
