Power Steering Pump: Installation

Inspect "O" rings at both ends of pressure hose and at steering gear end of return hose. Replace if necessary. Connect pressure and return hoses to pump. Tighten pressure hose fittings to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article.
Position pump in vehicle, and then connect EVO actuator connector. To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed hydraulic system. See HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDING under LUBRICATION.
