Installation Procedure

- Install the power steering fluid reservoir (2) to the vehicle.
- Install the following components to the power steering fluid reservoir (2):
- The power steering reservoir outlet pipe/hose. Refer to Power Steering Reservoir Outlet Pipe/Hose Replacement .
- The power steering return hose. Refer to Power Steering Return Hose Replacement .
- Install the power steering fluid reservoir (2) to the power steering fluid reservoir bracket (5).
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Bleeding the Power Steering System .
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the alignment mark on the power steering return hose is installed at the bottom of the power steering reservoir.
