Intake Plenum (3.0L): Installation

1. Install rear intake manifold runner, if necessary. Install throttle body to intake plenum, if removed. Install intake plenum and intake plenum bolts. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
2. Connect coolant hoses to throttle body. Install EGR pipe connection. Tighten EGR pipe bolts to specification. Install front intake manifold runner and tighten clamps. See INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER (3.0L)  . Connect negative battery cable. Install front intake manifold runner bolts. Tighten bolts to specification.
