• The start up ECT and IAT are within 16°F of each other.
• The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is 0 MPH.

Non Scan Tool Service Bay Test

• The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 39-131°F (4-55°C).
• The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is 39-149°F (4-65°C).
• The fuel level is 10-90 percent.
• The battery voltage is more than 10 volts.
• The engine is in Closed Loop fuel control.
• The vehicle has been driven for 17 minutes.

Scan Tool Service Bay Test

• The ECT is 39-131°F (4-55°C).
• The fuel level is 10-90 percent.
• The battery voltage is more than volts.
