The engine has been running for more than 4 minutes.
The battery voltage is more than 10.5 volts.
The Mass Airflow (MAF) is 10-35 grams per second.
The engine speed is between 1200-4000 RPM.
The EVAP tests are not active.
The throttle angle is 15-35 percent.
