Installation Procedure

- Install the HVAC control module wire harness connectors.
- Install the HVAC control module.
- Tighten the HVAC control module screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
- Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Center in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
- Start the engine and let run for one minute.
IMPORTANT:
The key should be in the OFF position when connecting the electrical connectors to ensure proper calibration.
NOTE:

IMPORTANT:
Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result.
