Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door module. Refer to Door Module Replacement - Front .

  2. Release the inside door handle from the door module. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Inside .
  3. Release the lock rods from the retainer clips.
  4. Release the door lock/latch bracket retainer tab from the module.
  5. Pull the lock rearward in order to release the lock bracket from the module.
  6. Disconnect the front door inside lock handle rods from the front door lock.
