Installation Procedure

  1. Install the heat shield.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the catalytic converter heat shield bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb. in.).

  3. Install the front catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left  andCatalytic Converter Replacement - Right .
