Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: Input/Output Speed Sensor, Bolt & Screw

  2. Disconnect the wiring harness from the input speed sensor.
    3. IMPORTANT: Do not damage the input speed sensor or transaxle case.
  3. Remove the input speed sensor bolt/screw.
  4. Remove the input speed sensor, and the input speed sensor O-ring.
