Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear side door window in the door.
  2. Engage the window in the run channels.
  3. Install the outer belt seal. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer .
  4. Install the door window frame applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement or to Rear Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  5. Slide the window to the full up position and tape the window in place.
  6. Connect the power window switch and move the window regulator to gain access to the window bolts through the inner panel.
  7. Lower the window and attach the window to the regulator.
    8. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  8. Install the bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  9. Install the door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  10. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
