Installation Procedure

  1. Position the license lamp bezel on the lift gate.

    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the license lamp bezel to lift gate nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Connect the license lamp electrical connector.
  4. Install the rear wiper assembly. Refer to Wiper Motor Replacement - Liftgate in Wiper/Washer Systems.
  5. Install the lift gate interior trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Liftgate in Body Rear End.
