Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the battery.
    2. IMPORTANT: Remove the headlining in the vehicle interior.
  2. Lower the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) or Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (with Sunroof) or Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) .

  3. Remove the object alarm speaker.
    • Disconnect the wiring harness plug (1).
    • Remove the speaker (2) from the headlining.
