Installation Procedure

Install the charge air cooler hose to the outlet pipe and the throttle body.
Tighten the charge air cooler hose clamp (2) at the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at the throttle body.
Tighten: Tighten the charge air cooler hose clamps to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
