PTC heater:

PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE - PTC HEATER

PTC heater does not operate, in these conditions:

Engine coolant temp.: 65 °C (149 °F) or below
Engine speed: 650 rpm or above
Temperature control selector: MAX. HOT

PTC heater relay
Heater radiator unit sub-assy
