Front Bumper: Replacement

NOTE: The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 4 clips and radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER PAD LH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and spoiler pad.
  3. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER PAD RH 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and spoiler pad.
  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

    1. Put protective tape under the front fender.
    2. w/ Fog lamp:

      Disconnect the fog lamp connectors.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts, 8 screws and 3 clips.
    4. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws and remove the bumper cover.
      NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the hole cover.
      NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE FOG LAMP COVER LH (W/O FOG LAMP) 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 claws and remove the fog lamp cover.
      NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  7. REMOVE FOG LAMP COVER RH (W/O FOG LAMP) 
    NOTE: Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  8. REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY LH (W/ FOG LAMP) 
    1. Remove the nut and fog lamp.
  9. REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY RH (W/ FOG LAMP) 
    1. Remove the nut and fog lamp.
  10. REMOVE SIDE MARKER LAMP ASSY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and marker lamp.
  11. REMOVE SIDE MARKER LAMP ASSY RH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and marker lamp.
  12. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 13 claws and remove the grille.
  13. REMOVE FRONT LICENCE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and mounting bracket.
  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and side support.
  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and side support.
  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Remove the 4 nuts and reinforcement.
  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Install the reinforcement with the 4 nuts.

      Torque: 20 N.m (204 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
