Floor Shift Assembly: Removal

REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REAR COVER
REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET
REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the rear console box cover.

  NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. Remove the console box carpet.
3. Remove the screw.
4. Disconnect the connector.
5. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 clips and remove the console box.

DISCONNECT FLOOR SHIFT PARKING LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
1. Rotate the adjust lock cap clockwise 90° so that it faces the front of the vehicle, and release it.
2. Push the claw and disconnect the floor shift parking lock cable from the shift lock release link.

3. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the floor shift parking lock cable from the shift lever plate.

DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the nut, and disconnect the transmission control cable from the floor shift.
2. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the transmission control cable from the shift lever plate.

REMOVE FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
2. Remove the 2 wire harness clamps from the floor shift.
3. Remove the 4 bolts and floor shift.
