TYPICAL MALFUNCTION THRESHOLDS

Either of following conditions A or B is met	-
A. Commanded closed TP - current closed TP	0.3 V or more for 1 second
B. Commanded open TP - current open TP	0.3 V or more for 0.6 seconds
