Front Console Box: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX PLATE 
    1. Disengage the 2 clamps

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides and remove the console box plate.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the console compartment door.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the console compartment door stopper.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER 
    1. Disengage the claw and remove the console compartment door stopper.
  5. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION 
    1. Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions.

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the console compartment door lock.

  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the instrument panel cup holder.

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.
    2. Disengage the 10 claws and 3 guides and remove the console rear end panel.
