Rear Speed Sensor: Removal: Removal

HINT: 

• Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.
• The following procedure listed is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 15
2. LOOSEN ADJUSTING NUT  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
3. REMOVE REAR WHEEL 
4. REMOVE REAR BRAKE DRUM  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
5. DISCONNECT SKID CONTROL SENSOR WIRE  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
6. REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB AND BEARING ASSEMBLY 
   1. Remove the 4 bolts and the rear axle hub and bearing assembly.

      HINT: 

      The rear speed sensor is a component of the rear axle hub and bearing assembly. If the sensor malfunctions, replace the rear axle hub and bearing assembly.
