INSTALL RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG

1. Install the radiator drain cock onto the radiator assembly.
INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE GROMMET

1. Install the 2 radiator reserve tank hose grommets onto the radiator assembly.
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

1. Install the 2 radiator support cushions onto the radiator assembly.
INSTALL FAN SHROUD

1. Engage the 2 claws and install the fan shroud.
INSTALL WATER FILLER SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Install the water filler sub-assembly with the clip.
2. Install the 2 bolts.

  Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
3. Connect the radiator reservoir tank hose to the water filler sub-assembly.
INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

1. Engage the 2 claws and install the radiator assembly onto the vehicle.
  NOTE:
  Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or piping when installing the radiator assembly.
2. Connect the cooling fan motor connector and install the wire harness clamp.

INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Install the radiator support sub-assembly upper with the 5 bolts.
  Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the horn assembly connector.

INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER

1. Install the No. 1 cooler cover with the 2 clips.
INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

1. Install the hood lock assembly with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
2. Install the hood lock control cable assembly with the 2 clamps.

CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

1. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose with the clip.
CONNECT OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE (for Automatic Transaxle)

1. Connect the outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.
REMOVE INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE (for Automatic Transaxle)

1. Connect the inlet No. 2 oil cooler hose.
CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

1. Connect the No. 1 radiator hose.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 75
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER ABSORBER . Refer to REASSEMBLY - Step 14
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
ADD ENGINE COOLANT See step 2
ADJUST HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

1. Loosen the 3 bolts.
2. Adjust the hood lock position so that the striker can enter it smoothly.

3. Tighten the 3 bolts after the adjustment.
  Torque: 7.5 N*m (76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf)
INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK . Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION - Step 1
