COMPLAINT
Heating or air conditioning system switches off without a message being displayed in the instrument cluster.
CAUSE
In ECO mode, the PTC heater/refrigerant compressor is switched off when the charge level (SOC) drops below 10%.
REMEDY
Please do not perform any further diagnosis or replace any components.
