Anti-Lock Brake System: Description

The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) is designed to prevent wheel lock-up during braking. This allows driver to maintain steering control of vehicle. System consists of power brake unit, master cylinder, hydraulic modulator, 3 relays, electronic control unit (ECU), 4 wheel sensors and sensor rings, and a warning light.
