Coolant THERMOSENSOR

Put the thermosensor in water of various temperatures and measure the resistance between terminals using a circuit tester. With water temperature at 14°F (-10°C), resistance should be 7000-11,500 ohms, at 68°F (20°C), resistance should be 2000-3000 ohms, and at 122°F (50°C), resistance should be 700-1000 ohms. If the resistance value is too much out of these ranges, replace the thermosensor with a new one.
