Sealing Cover: Removal

  1. Remove trip panel. See Fig 1 .
  2. Disconnect harness connectors for remote control rearview mirror and power window (optional).
  3. Loosen screws that hold speaker. Remove speaker and harness connector as one unit.
  4. Remove door pull handle.
  5. Remove door trim bracket.
  6. Remove sealer with a spatula.
    CAUTION: Forcefully removing sealer could break cover.
