Cruise Control System Will Not Set Speed

Perform preliminary inspection. See PRELIMINARY INSPECTION  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. If no problems were found during preliminary inspection, go to INPUT/OUTPUT (I/O) SIGNALS  under TESTING.
