Testing Precautions

DO NOT hold throttle open longer than 5 seconds to obtain steady gauge reading. After each stall test, move selector lever to "N" and allow engine to idle lower than 1200 RPM for at least a minute to cool engine and transaxle. If engine speed exceeds limits shown in STALL TEST SPEED (SEA LEVEL)  table, release accelerator immediately as clutch or band slippage is indicated.
