DTC 23 & 24: Cruise Control Module Built In Relay & Cruise Control Module

Perform real-time diagnosis. See REAL-TIME DIAGNOSIS  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Check vehicle speed sensor signal. See DTC 12, 13 & 21: VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR. If either test fails, repair appropriate system. If both test pass, replace cruise control module.
