Door Handle Switch

  1. Remove door panel. Disconnect door handle harness connector. Ensure continuity does not exist between terminal No. 1 and 2 with door handle in normal position. SeeFig 1 . Ensure continuity exists between terminal No. 1 and 2 with door handle in open position. If continuity is as specified, go to next step. If continuity is not as specified, replace door handle switch.
  2. Ensure continuity exists between terminal No. 3 and 4 with door handle in any position. If continuity is as specified, door handle switch is okay at this time. If continuity is not as specified, replace door handle switch.
