Control Valve Body: Reassembly
- Reverse disassembly sequence. Ensure proper locations of steel balls, orifice check valve and spring, filter and control valve body bolts. Install lower separator gasket and separator plate onto lower body in that order and temporarily tighten 3 support plates and 2 brackets. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 .
- Install duty solenoid "B" and 4 brackets. Tighten locating bolts and all upper-lower valve body bolts to specification. See CONTROL VALVE BODY BOLT LENGTH CHART and TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS tables for correct installation and torque. Install shift solenoids and duty solenoid "A". Bolt length for shift solenoids is .63" (16 mm). Bolt length for duty solenoid "A" is 1.06" (27 mm).
