Combination Switch-CLOCKSPRING: Installation

- Ensure front wheels are positioned straight ahead. Ensure combination switch is off. Install combination switch. Center clockspring. See CLOCKSPRING under ADJUSTMENTS. When installing steering wheel, insert connector pins into holes on steering wheel. See Figure. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. After installation is complete, reactivate the air bag system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM Verify system is functioning properly. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
