Intake Unit: Removal

Using refrigerant recovery system, discharge refrigerant. < Ref. to OPERATION , Refrigerant Recovery Procedures.>
Disconnect ground cable from battery.
Remove bolts securing expansion valve and pipe in engine compartment.

Remove instrument panel. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Instrument Panel Assembly.>
Remove keyless unit and CRU unit.

Disconnect sunroof connector.
Disconnect servo motor connector.

Disconnect heater blower power transistor connector.
Disconnect heater blower motor connector.
Disconnect in-vehicle temperature sensor connector.

Remove bolts and nuts on the unit.

Disconnect drain hose.
Remove the unit.
