Receiver Drier: Removal

- Disconnect ground cable from battery.
- Using refrigerant recovery system, discharge refrigerant. < Ref. to OPERATION , Refrigerant Recovery Procedures.>
- Disconnect pressure switch harness (A).
- Disconnect pipe (B).
- Loosen mounting bolts (C) to remove receiver dryer.
CAUTION:
The receiver drier contains a desiccant. After disconnecting receiver drier, plug it to avoid moisture.
If receiver drier is replaced, add appropriate amount of compressor oil to the compressor.
