Instrument Panel Assembly

WARNING: All air bag system wiring harness and connectors are colored yellow. Do not use electrical test equipment on these circuits. Be careful not to damage airbag system harness when servicing the instrument panel.

Air bag system wiring harness is routed near the combination meter.

Disconnect ground cable from battery. Remove shift know and drive select lever (M/T model).
Remove console cover (A) and front cover (B). See Fig 1 .
Remove console box. See Fig 2 .
Remove lower cover and then disconnect connector. See Fig 3 .
