Section 114 (Engine Cooling System): Thermostat: Removal

Lift-up the vehicle.
Remove the under cover.
Drain engine coolant completely. See DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT , Replacement, Engine Coolant.

Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat cover.
- NON-TURBO MODEL

Disconnect the radiator outlet hose.
- TURBO MODEL

Remove the thermostat cover and gasket, and pull out the thermostat.
