Drive Cycle No. 1
NOTE:
Do not warm engine to normal operating temperature to check for DTCs P0111, P0125 or P0128. These codes require coolant temperature to be below a specified value.
- Set engine condition as shown. See DRIVE CYCLE NO. 1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE table. Drive vehicle at 50 MPH for 20 minutes, then allow engine to idle for one minute. Stop engine and connect scan tool or Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) to DLC. Check for any DTCs that may have been set during this one-trip drive cycle. See DRIVE CYCLE NO. 1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE table.
- If DTC requires two drive cycles to set DTC, stop engine. Again, drive vehicle at 50 MPH for 20 minutes, then allow engine to idle for one minute. Check for any DTCs that may have been set during this two-trip drive cycle. See DRIVE CYCLE NO. 1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE table.DRIVE CYCLE NO. 1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE
